Georgia O'Keeffe: Six Decades of Landscapes and Life

An exciting art exhibit featuring the works of Georgia O'Keeffe will open at the Bakersfield Museum of Art on January 20, 2000. Not only will her paintings be on view, but there will also be an exquisite bronze sculpture on exhibit, which many people don't associate with O'Keeffe. Also, along with the paintings will hang a specially curated photography exhibit that includes images of O'Keeffe and her New Mexico environment. It will be interesting to view the artist along with the western environment that inspired some of her most magnificent work.
