2024-2025 outdoor evening projection exhibits

Post-inquiry information request

 

After we receive and approve your letter of inquiry, we request the following:

-- photographs of artworks to be included in the exhibit, based on one of our topics

- visualization of placement of images

-- number of artworks in the exhibit

-- targeted audience(s) including assurance that the exhibit is suitable for general audiences

-- estimate of exhibit's onsite physical visitors

-- exhibit opening and closing dates

-- criteria for success and plans for evaluating the project at completion

-- estimate of third party costs including itemized costs of compnents contracted with outside vendors

-- amount of funds requested from us and their proposed use

-- correlation with temporary or permanent exhibitions currently on display in the galleries, or artworks from the collection not on display

-- image set cycles per available evening, total time per cycle, number of art images and any didactic/informational elements per cycle

-- assurance of: compliance with city ordinances, respect for sight lines of other publics, avoidancce of vehicle traffic distraction and animal disorientation, adequate reflective luminance (brightness), security of equipment and adequate electric power

-- for flat wall surfaces, effects of surface gain, ambient light, image square footage, keystone correction and wall color on luminance

In consideration of our co-sponsorship, "Traditional Fine Arts Organization" will be included on the exhibition's marketing and onsite/online informative materials.
