-- estimate of years before image quality and materials will materially deteriorate due to weather and UV radiation

-- planned installation timing

-- choice of image(s) based on one of our topics

-- targeted audience(s) including assurance that the wrap(s) is/are suitable for general audiences

-- timetable and work plan for implementation (with beginning and ending dates of project)

-- estimate of third party costs including itemized costs of components contracted with outside vendors

-- amount of funds requested from us and their proposed use

-- assurance of: compliance with city ordinances, avoidance of vehicle traffic distraction
